The 6 Week Wellness Journey
The journey begins from a WELLNESS framework. This is a holistic, empowerment-based view that focuses on strengths and the art of living well.
In the six-week wellness journey we will use the Wellness Wheel and the SIX areas of wellness as a roadmap for conducting a personal review of your emotional health and wellness (aka happiness or life satisfaction). The six areas of wellness that we focus on are: Physical, Emotional, Social, Environmental, Spiritual and Intellectual.
This experience allows you to thoroughly assess how you take care of yourself, helps you to identify what you already do well and articulate what you would like to do better. The ideas is to create a healthy foundation from which to take your personal and professional goals to the next level.
The goal of our work together is to create an intentional space for you to do a complete assessment of your wellness, clarify your personal and professional goals and create a tangible plan for success.
When you sign up for a wellness package, you are making a commitment to yourself and you are agreeing to dedicate intentional time and attention to YOU and your self-care and wellness. This experience is very individualized. Together we tailor the experience to fit your unique needs and goals.
